Return & Exchange Policy – Triathlete Hub
At Triathlete Hub, we are committed to providing a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. However, in rare cases, we may need to cancel orders due to product unavailability, pricing or stock errors, quality concerns, or issues flagged by our verification process.
If your order is cancelled (in part or full), our Customer Service Team will notify you. If payment has already been made, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
Order Cancellation
If you'd like to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service team at the earliest. If the order hasn’t been dispatched, we will process the cancellation and issue a full refund (less any applicable bank or transaction fees).
Please note: Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Some orders may be processed within an hour of being placed.
Refunds
All refunds are made to the original payment method used during purchase.
Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account. Some banks may take slightly longer depending on their processing timelines.

Returns Policy
We accept returns within 10 days from the date of delivery in the following situations:
- You received a damaged or defective product.
- The product received is different from what you ordered.
- The item is unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and the original invoice.
Please note:
- Do not accept any package that appears damaged or tampered with. If you notice damage after opening the package, please contact us immediately.
- Items that have been used, opened, or tampered with are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Products damaged during use are also not eligible for return or replacement.
How to Return
To initiate a return, contact our Customer Care within 10 days of delivery. Once approved, please send the product to our warehouse using a reputed courier service. Ensure the product is securely packed to avoid damage in transit.
Returns will be processed after we receive the item and complete a quality check at our warehouse.
Important Notes
- Return requests for multiple items from the same order must be raised together.
- Customers who repeatedly return orders or refuse deliveries may have their account flagged, future orders canceled.
